        By accepting offers online all of your offers are able to managed, searched, sorted, and saved in one central location. This eliminates fax, email clutter and file folder clutter. You can set very customizable permissions per user to give them as much access to certain areas of your account as you wish. You can assign listings and buyers to sub users as well as any tasks you want them to complete. You can also share documents, notes, and a conversation log that is name, time, and date stamped so you can know who said what and when. This is a huge benefit to teams that share a lot of responsibilities and especially those that have team members working in different locations or out in the field.

For example, when a listing is selected a short sale, you will be able to track, loan numbers, social security numbers, lender contact info, auction dates, loan payoff info, and more. You can also use the system for property management to manage one or multiple rental properties.

      • With eBrokerHouse you have the ability to schedule tasks to be completed for all parts of your business. You can set these tasks to be completed by yourself, team members, or even any vendors you add to your account (ex. a sign installation company). Users are emailed when they have a task assigned to them to ensure they can never say they didn't know they had a task to complete. You are always able to track the status of your tasks to ensure none of them become overdue. You can also attach documents to tasks so the assigned user has any docs they need to complete a task.

        Recurring tasks. Additionally you can set your tasks to recur. So if you have certain tasks that need to recur every few days, weekly, monthly, etc you can set the task to trigger and send out notifications to the assigned user. So maybe you have a vacant listing that needs the lawn mowed 2 times per month. You can schedule the lawn mowing task to trigger every 2 weeks to ensure you never forget to have the lawn mowed.

        Task Plans. Another big feature of tasking are that we allow you to create task plans that you can assign to your transactions. Many times you may have to perform the same set of tasks for your transactions. This feature allows you to just create the task plan once and then you can apply it to any transaction you wish. A good example of this is an REO listing for a certain bank that requires you to perform the same 5- 10 or more tasks on all the listings they give you. You can have the tasks trigger on status changes as well. So for example, once a property goes pending, a certain task will trigger.
    • Built-In Showing System

      • Much like our offer submission feature, you will be able to put a unique URL in your MLS showing instructions and instruct buyers agents to request their showing online. This allows you to have a detailed log of who has shown your properties and when.

        If a property is vacant you can have the system immediately provide the agent with the lock box combo and location without you ever having to even respond to the request. If you would like, you can request that the agent submit some identity info and you can approve them in the system and now they are able to easily request lock box combos from you in the future. If a property is occupied or requires a showing to be scheduled, you can set that listing up so that you are notified via email of all showing requests. You can have multiple people get notified of the request, even the homeowner if you wish.

        This feature is included in your membership and you can use it on an unlimited number of properties.This will allow you to stop paying enormous fees to showing services.
